The scope of the program was later extended to involve the field of higher education studies. Participants of the program arrive from different countries, especially from Eastern and Central Asia, South-America, and Africa.
In our current endeavor to further international cooperation and professional development, we are seeking proposals representing a broad perspective of teacher education and higher education research, and/or offering opportunities for networking and participation in workshops and meetings for doctoral students, doctoral supervisors, and leaders of doctoral schools in cooperation with the following partner institutions:

Professor Halász has worked as an expert consultant for a number of international organizations, particularly the OECD, the European Commission, the World Bank, and the Council of Europe.
Csaba Kálmán, Ph.D.
Senior Lecturer; Department of English Applied Linguistics
Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Applied Linguistics. His research areas are in English language teaching, motivation and autonomy for second-language (L2) learners, and Adult learning corporate context.
Cho Cho Win
Doctoral Student
All the way from Myanmar, she is a professional English teacher at the National Center for the English Language. Currently a Ph.D. student in the Language Pedagogy program. Her research focus is on learners' autonomy in English language learning

Research interests are English language teaching, motivation for language learners and teachers, educational psychology, teacher education and higher education studies and policies, comparative and global trends in education, continuous professional development.

His research interests are in ICT4D. Major areas being Education, Transportation, and Communication. His current research topic focuses on bringing together workplace learning and higher technical education through the use of ICT.
